Residential Construction Warranty
At GARLON HOMES, LLC. we share your excitement about your new residence and look forward to having you work with us to have your home built.
 We will work hard to answer your questions and prepare you for each step of the new house experience, making this exciting time easier. In addition to guiding you through the process of purchasing and building, we will provide you with maintenance guidelines and a description of our limited warranty program, component by component.
Our goal as a company is to build a quality product on-time at an affordable price. If you need clarification about any topic, please give us a call (228) 215-0469.
The warranty program that we offer has the following expiration dates:
- One (1) year for any defect due to noncompliance with the building standards and
One (1) year for workmanship.
- Two (2) years on systems (plumbing, A/C, & electrical).
- Six (6) years for any major structural defects due to noncompliance with the building standards.
